Credit Cards  by  Printronic Administrator
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Ink & Toner Refund Policy  by  Printronic Administrator

One-Year Risk Free Guarantee -
We guarantee our products for one year starting the day you place your order. You may replace, exchange, or return items within one year from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. That means you can stock up on items without worrying and you will never againbe caught unprepared when the ink or toner suddenly runs out.

Our one-year warranty only applies to products purchased from us; with the exception of OEM or Original Equipment Manufacturer products, which are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of a defect, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Replacements or Exchanges -
Defective or damaged products may be replaced with another. However, we do limit the number of replacements to one replacement per item per order. After which, we will offer a refund or store credit for the item. We do not process exchages for OEM products.

If you purchased the wrong items or if you no longer need items purchased from us, you may exchange them. For media products and laser/toner cartridges, they must be unopened and in their original packaging. For inkjet cartridges, as long as thecartridge is unused, the blue tape untouched and the clip still attached, you may exchange it for another item.

Return Policy -
You may return an item forarefund or store credit within one year from the date of purchase; with the exception of OEM products. OEM products returned within 30 days from the purchase date may be refunded if the product has not been opened and is in sellable condition. All items must be returned back to us along withany replacements sent to receive a refund. If you expedited your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

To qualify for a refund or store credit -
- All cartridges must be returned back at least 70% full
- Refill kits must be unopened and unused
- Media products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- If you purchased the wrong cartridge or you no longer need the item purchased from us, you may return it for a refund or store credit as long as the cartridge is unused and in their original packaging.


Non Ink & Toner Refund Policy

Refunds -
Any new, unopened, and unused items purchased directly from our store and returned within 30 days may qualify a full refund of the cost of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The consumer will be responsible for shipping the items back and the cost of shipping will not be refunded. All refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us. If the consumer returns the item without a RMA number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 15 business days upon receipt of the returned package.

Exchanges -
Exchanges are only allowed for faulty items to make an even exchange. If the consumer would like to exchange an item for a different item, then the consumer must contact us in order to return the item ordered and place another order for the item the consumer wishes to purchase. The consumer does not need to wait for the refund on the original item to be processed in order to purchase the new item.

Defective Item Refunds -
If an item purchased is defective then the consumer must notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is our discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will be given an RMA number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 15 days upon receipt of the returned package.

Cancellations -
A consumer who wishes to cancel an order must contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and the order must go through the refund process. The consumer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and is responsible for the cost of shipping if the consumer still wishes to return the item.

Non Returnable Items - All software products that have been opened will not be refunded.

Please contact us to acquire an RMA number for all returns. You can e-mail us at customerservice@printronic.com and type" RMA " and your order number in the subject line. Please list the item(s) you would like to return and a brief reason why. Indicate whether you want a refund or a store credit. Please be sure to fill out and attach the return form with the return shipment.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by  Printronic Administrator
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by  Printronic Administrator
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Printronic.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products  by  Printronic Administrator
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy  by  Printronic Administrator
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Printronic.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by  Printronic Administrator
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
